Japanese Sake Seminar

On November 7, a seminar on Japanese sake was held under joint sponsorship of JETRO at the Japan Information and Cultural Centre (JICC). Two seminars, one for professionals and one for the general public, were held. After sake sommelier Jean-Paul Choi’s presentation, participants enjoyed a tasting session of the sake and the marriage of Western food and sake. They also had a chance to taste different types of sake at exhibitors’ booths to experience and deepen their knowledge on sake.
