Visit to and Exchange of Views with Companies in the Province of Liege
22/11/2013 On 22nd November, Ambassador Sakaba visited the Enterprises-University Interface, an internal organization of University of Liege which promotes industry-university cooperation and supports spin-off business establishment. The organization also has a cooperation relationship with Kobe University. During the visit, Ambassador was briefed on TAIPRO Engineering, a micro-electronics related spin-off company established with help of the organization. Then, he visited EVS which sells video server and editing software mainly for sports program production companies. EVS sells their products to NHK and other TV stations in Japan. He lastly visited the city hall of Liege and was briefed on the projects of the city and had a talk with Mayor Demeyer.
