Visit to JTEKT Torsen Europe
03/02/2015 On the 3rd of February, Ambassador Ishii and Secretary Yamada visited JTEKT Torsen Europe (the local subsidiary of JTEKT in Japan), which is located in Strépy-Bracquegnies in the Hainaut province. The company employs around 180 people and manufactures differential gears called Torsen (an apparatus for optimally allocating the driving force from the engine to each of the four wheels by a special gear mechanism), which is used in automobiles.
