Japanese Wine Seminar
18,19/03/2015 On March 18th and 19th, Japanese wine seminars were organized by the Japanese Embassy. A seminar was held at the Bruno Lussato Institute with the Institute’s support on March 18, two more seminars were held at the Ambassador’s residence and at the Stanhope Hotel on March 19. On each occasion, Ms. Ayana Misawa, wine maker of Grace Wine, explained the appealing points of Japanese wines, in particular, Koshu grapes as a lecturer. The wine seminar at the Ambassador’s residence was for wine experts and specialists including wine importers, food and beverage business people and food journalists. Following the wine tasting, they enjoyed the marriage of wine and Wagyu (Japanese beef) and sushi. All attendees listened attentively to the lecturer and a lively question and answer session was held on every occasion.
