Visit to AW Europe
27/04/2015 On April 27th, Ambassador Ishii and secretary Yamada visited AW Europe’s Mons factory, and received explanation on the company’s activities from president Iwatsuki and other executives, along with a tour of the factory. The company sells and remanufactures automatic transmissions for automobiles, as well as producing and selling car navigation systems. It employs about 700 people and the company celebrates its 25th anniversary this year since its establishment in Belgium.
