General conditions

  • Belgian nationals
  • Born between 2 April 1993 and 1 April 1998
  • Graduated from a school equivalent to the senior high school in Japan (12-years education)
  • Willing to learn Japanese and receive university education in Japanese

Selection Procedures 2015

  • Application deadline:
    Friday 20 June 2014
  • Written tests:
    Thursday 03 July 2014
    * The previous years' examinations
  • Interview
    --for applicants from the Flemish Community:
    July 2014 (to be determined)
    --for applicants from the French Community:
    July 2014 (to be determined)
  • Departure for Japan:
    April 2015

HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATION

  • BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • CALL MR. KINO (TEL: 02.513.23.40) TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE VISIT THE EMBASSY

  • BRING YOUR APPLICATION TO THE EMBASSY AS INSTRUCTED

  • APPLICATION WILL BE EXAMINED IN YOUR PRESENCE (PRE-SCREENING)

  • DO NOT SEND APPLICATION BY POST NOR VISIT WITHOUT APPOINTMENT

  • INCOMPLETE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

  • DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WILL NOT BE RETURNED
