2017 Spring Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals

On April 29, 2017, the Government of Japan has decided to confer decorations on 105 foreign nationals for the Spring 2017. From Belgium, Mr. Jacques Paul Beherman, Managing Director of Park Ragheno and former Director of the Belgium-Japan Association and Chamber of Commerce (BJA) received the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette for his contribution to the strengthening of economic relations between Japan and Belgium.
