Visits to the Consular Section for Visa Applications e.a. on appointment only
The Consular Section is open from 09:15 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:00 (except the Embassy Closing days).
Visa application is by appointment only.
Please make an appointment before visiting the Consular Section.

NOTICE: Once an appointment has been registered, a unique appointment number will be generated and displayed at the end of the registration procedure, as well as a confirmation e-mail sent to your registered e-mail address.
Should you not see this number, this means that the appointment registration did not go through, meaning it will not be possible to enter the Embassy.
Visa collection doesn’t need appointment.
Visa collection is available from 13:30 to 16:00 (except the Embassy Closing days).
On the ground floor, please inform the our security guard that you have come to the Consular Section, go through the luggage inspection, and then take the elevator to the first floor.
Entry to the Embassy is allowed 15 minutes prior to the reserved time.
We will cancel your appointment in case of no-show past the reserved time should you not inform us beforehand.
Visitors are required to present their Belgian residence permit (ID card) when visiting the Embassy.
Please note that there is no parking space for visitors, so please use public transportation.
