Gathering Reception of the Former Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Students together with JET and MIRAI Program participants

On March 28, Ambassador Hayashi held a gathering reception at his residence for former Japanese Government (MEXT) scholarship students and participants of the JET and MIRAI programs who had been sent from Belgium to Japan. Ambassador Hayashi began by stating he was glad to be able to invite persons with experience in researching and studying in Japan during this wonderful season when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, making us recall the beautiful Japanese spring. Ambassador Hayashi further stated that if permitted, he would like to continue organizing this gathering in the future. The attendees talked with one another about their research and memories of Japan in a friendly atmosphere, deepening their friendship ties across generations, making it a good occasion to promote future cooperation.
