2019 Autumn Conferment of Decorations

On November 3rd, 2019, the Government of Japan decided to confer decorations on 4,113 nationals for the Autumn 2019. From Belgium, Mrs Atsuko Bersma, Former President of the Ikebana International Hana Chapter of Belgium received the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays for her contribution to promoting Japanese culture.
