Re-opening of the Japan Information and Cultural Centre (JICC) on appointment basis

As from Wednesday, 17 June 2020, the Japan Information Cultural Centre (JICC) will be open to the public again.

The JICC will be open from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 17:00, except during holidays as announced on the website of the Embassy of Japan (https://www.be.emb-japan.go.jp/itpr_en/aboutus_embassy.html) .

Visits to the Japan Information and Cultural Centre will be on appointment only.
Visitors are requested to book their visit by sending an email at this address: info@bx.mofa.go.jp , at least 2 working days in advance.

In order to ensure a safe visit, visitors are requested to bring and wear a facemask when entering the premises of the Embassy of Japan.
They will also be requested to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters.
