[Ambassador] Conferment Ceremony of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays on Mr. Yosuke Suetsugu, Owner-Chef of Nonbe Daigaku (2026 Spring Conferment of Decorations)

On July 13, Ambassador Osuga hosted a conferment ceremony of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays on Mr. Yosuke Suetsugu, owner-chef of Nonbee Daigaku.

For approximately fifty years, Mr. Suetsugu has provided high-quality Japanese cuisine in Belgium and has contributed to the promotion of Japanese food and culinary culture in the country, as well as to the development of young professionals engaged in Japanese cuisine. At the ceremony, Ambassador Osuga expressed deep appreciation and respect for Mr. Suetsugu’s long-standing contributions.
