JAPANESE STUDIES STUDENTS

Thank you for your interest in the Japanese Government Scholarship for Japanese Studies.
Applicants MUST read through the Application Guidelines and follow the instructions.
Application Forms along with Certificate of Health, and Recommendation Letter must be submitted to the Embassy of Japan in Belgium. These documents can be downloaded from the "Study in Japan" website.
Please print out the form and fill in the required information by handwriting or, download the form and fill in the required information by typing and then print it out.
In order to fill in the "PLACEMENT PREFERENCE APPLICATION FORM", please refer to the "Course Guide for Japanese Studies Students 2021", which we will add the link in this page soon.
All the documents should be written in Japanese or English. If you may not obtain the required documents in either language, you are required to attach an English or Japanese translation made by yourself.

・BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
・MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR SUBMISSION BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO: firstname.lastname@example.org
・BRING YOUR APPLICATION DOCUMENTS TO THE EMBASSY AS INSTRUCTED
(APPLICATION WILL BE EXAMINED IN YOUR PRESENCE (PRE-SCREENING))
* DO NOT SEND APPLICATION BY POST NOR VISIT WITHOUT APPOINTMENT
* INCOMPLETE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
* DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WILL NOT BE RETURNED
