Thank you for your interest in the Japanese Government Scholarship for Japanese Studies.
Applicants MUST read through the Application Guidelies and follow the instructions.
Application Forms along with Certificate of Health, and Recommendation Letter should be submitted to the Embassy of Japan in Belgium. These documents can be downloaded from the "Study in Japan" website, printed out and filled in by hand-written, typed out, or filled in with software applications and printed out.
In order to fill in "PLACEMENT PREFERENCE APPLICATION FORM", please refer to the "Course Guide for Japanese Studies Students 2019".
You are required to attach an English or Japanese translation made by yourself to each document if it is written in another language.

CALL "MEXT SCHOLARSHIP" (TEL:02.513.23.40) TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE VISIT
BRING YOUR APPLICATION TO THE EMBASSY AS INSTRUCTED
APPLICATION WILL BE EXAMINED IN YOUR PRESENCE (PRE-SCREENING)
DO NOT SEND APPLICATION BY POST NOR VISIT WITHOUT APPOINTMENT
INCOMPLETE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WILL NOT BE RETURNED
