The Embassy of Japan in Belgium is looking for a new employee who can start working from mid-January 2026 onward for the following position. The contract period is 6 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to performance.

- Adequate Belgian work permit
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and French. Equivalent proficiency in English is a plus.
- Adequate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Accuracy and precision in document preparation and inventory management.
- Good communication skills.
- Ready to take on a variety of tasks.
3 Salary and Working Hours
・Monday to Friday. Full-time 38h/week (in accordance with Belgian legislation)
