Courtesy Call to Deputy Prime Minister Peeters

On July 14, Ambassador Hayashi paid a courtesy call to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Employment and Economy Kris Peeters. They praised the successful celebration of the 150 Years of Friendship between Japan and Belgium, held in 2016, and exchanged views on the current status as well as the outlook for the future of economic relations between Japan and Belgium.
