[Embassy] French-language Haiku Contest Award Ceremony 2022-2023

Mr. Ogawa, Minister/Deputy head of the Embassy attended the Award Ceremony of the French Haiku Contest held at the Residence of the French Ambassador to Belgium.
This competition has been held every year since 2009 mainly for students studying French in the Flemish and German regions of Belgium with the aim of improving French expression through haiku (俳句), a form of traditional Japanese poetry.
Minister Ogawa presented a trophy to Ms. Emma Nersisyan who received the Japanese Ambassador's Award.
